What can I mention in my sonnet?

I'm meant to write a sonnet for an English project, like Sonnet 130, so a realists view on love. I can't think of anything to put in. I've got eyes, hair, laugh, voice, walk. What else can I put in without being too pretentious? I have eight lines to do! Please can you put examples (I promise I won't use them, they can be from already written Sonnets, like one of Shakespeare's own)? Thanks in advance!
