Sharp stomach/rib pain?

Just got back from camping. I am kinda sore everywhre from walkin around and sleepin on hard ground. But my stomach (near the bottom) has sharp pains (hurts to cough) and my ribs kinda hurt. It doesnt feel like cramps. Its weird. Help?
