Is it wrong for me to still call my ex bf?

he broke up with me a year ago.he stopped seeing me and communicating with me.i bumped in to him at the club the other night and now im tryna call him nonstop but he wouldnt answer.i still love him.can i make him comeback to me by calling him nonstop?he blocked me on facebook too.i tried to hug him when i saw him but he didnt let me and went straight home.
