Do you know what it takes to be an umpire?

As far as I am concerned, umpires are just human at the end of the day and will make mistakes and cop alot of unwarranted abuse. Some are more glaringly wrong than others but its a hard job. I am of the opinion that if you think you could do a better job, then get out there and have a go otherwise shut the **** up and get on with it. Full respect to umpires.
