Has anybody been to the Oakland Raiders stadium?

I am taking my 10 year old son to the Raiders vs. Rams in Oakland. I am probably going to buy a ticket from the upper reserved section. Those seats are way cheaper than any other tickets. Are they that bad? The other seats I was considering are in the black hole. Is it safe to sit in those seats with a 10 year old?
