I need sooome help please!Someone tell me whats wrong with me?

I guess i should explain my past medical history before i start with my syptoms. I have had beta strep and was treated for it and got a follow up test and everything was fine. The reeasom i found out i had beta strep was i was having extreme side pains and back pains(quickly diagnosed as chlamydia/gonorrhea, but it wasnt). Now months later i'm having the exact same pains. Pains with my neck, back, SIDE(hurts especially)feelings of nausea and stomach pain, umm...my hurt about 2 weeks ago, ear aches...umm, just feeling of total apathy. I don't know if all those matter or not but i just thought i should name all my symptoms. I dont wanna go to the doctor because i hate doctors and i hate exams. So if someone call tell me i'd be mucho appreciated. Thanks:)
